Nate Steingrebe

Nate connects people to possibilities. Leading business development at Simile, he builds lasting relationships with architects, owners, and partners, getting involved early so every project starts with the right team and a shared vision. He listens first, learns what matters most to each client, and makes sure Simile’s construction management expertise is working for them long before ground is ever broken. For Nate, great projects are built on trust, and trust is built one conversation at a time.

Outside of work, you’ll find Nate on the golf course, in the kitchen trying out a new recipe, or exploring San Francisco’s restaurant scene in search of his next favorite meal. He never passes up a good comedy show, and he’s an active member of his church community, where he serves in ministry. Above all, Nate is devoted to his family and treasures every moment spent with them.
