In 1999, Guy and Gina Simile founded Simile Construction Service with a clear mission: to build a company grounded in faith, integrity, and a commitment to treating clients and employees with honesty and respect. What began as a small, family run venture has grown into a trusted commercial and industrial general contractor serving communities across Northern and Central California.

Guy brought hands on leadership and decades of construction experience to daily operations, while Gina oversaw the company’s financial health and supported its steady growth behind the scenes. Together, they built a workplace culture rooted in Christian values, strong relationships, and high quality project delivery.

Under their leadership, Simile Construction completed hundreds of successful projects, from auto dealerships and office parks to churches and healthcare facilities, always focused on delivering value, minimizing stress for clients, and honoring every commitment.

Now serving on the Board of Directors, Guy and Gina remain active in guiding Simile’s long term strategy. Guy continues to support major client relationships and company vision, while Gina offers trusted financial oversight. Their legacy lives on through their son, Joseph Simile, who now leads the company with the same values they instilled from the beginning.

Lifelong residents of California’s Central Valley, Guy and Gina are proud members of Our Lady of Fatima Church and remain deeply invested in the Modesto community they have called home for decades.
