About the Role

The Finish Carpenter is responsible for the final touches on construction and remodeling projects, including installation of trim, cabinetry, doors, and other detailed woodwork. This role demands precision, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of materials and tools to deliver high-quality results that meet design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install trim, moldings, doors, cabinets, and other finishes
Read blueprints and drawings to understand project scope and details
Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
Operate hand and power tools with precision and care
Inspect work areas and make adjustments or repairs as needed
Collaborate with project managers and other trades on site
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Preferred

3+ years of finish carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and methods
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Basic math and measurement skills
