Accountant

About the Role

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions. Accuracy, analytical thinking, and confidentiality are critical to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial statements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Support tax preparation and filing in compliance with regulations
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA certification or working towards CPA preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
