Accountant

About the Role

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role plays a key part in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions. Accuracy, analytical thinking, and confidentiality are critical to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Support tax preparation and filing in compliance with regulations
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal audits
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA certification or working towards CPA preferred
2–4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
