David thrives in motion. With 45 years of hands-on experience, he embraces the ever-changing dynamics of construction, navigating daily challenges, adapting in real-time, and guiding complex builds from the ground up with precision and purpose. A natural mentor, David takes pride in sharing his hard-earned knowledge with younger superintendents and field staff, helping them develop their own leadership style while upholding the high standards he brings to every job. He’s known for managing difficult builds in active, operational environments, minimizing disruption while maximizing quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, David finds joy in family, riding his custom chopper or Harley alongside his son and friends, and relaxing by the pool with Kim. He’s especially proud of watching his children thrive in life, each in their own way. A builder by trade and a competitor at heart, David also holds a state title in powerlifting, having won the ADFPA California State Deadlift Championship in 1997.
